Sweeney worked with Skanska to build a new 17 story residential building on Boylston street, a stone’s throw from Fenway Park. This building has 212 residential units from the 2nd – 17th floor. 50% of the façade was built with exterior framing and sheathing constructed by Sweeney, the balance was built with precast panels. Sweeney also had the interior finishes (framing, drywall, finishes). This was an exciting project in the heart of a busy Boylston Street.
