ED/ Beds Building: Construction of a new 4 story Emergency Department/ Inpatient Beds addition.
Spaulding Renovation: 5 story renovation to accommodate new pediatric, geriatric and adult psychiatric units. The first floor will also be renovated to include a portion of the new emergency department & support spaces.
Project consisted of engineered LGMF, nonstructural interior metal framing, wood blocking as required for wall hung equipment, GWB installation & traditional joint compound finishing. A STO DEFS system was also installed at several locations at the exterior of the new/ existing structures.
