Boston Medical Center Menino Inpatient Addition and Renovation consisted of a 100,000 Sf addition as well as 170,000 Sf renovation of active hospital leaving the hospital fully operational. The project consisted of 36 major phases with added mini phases. Sweeney Drywall scope included Layout, Exterior Framing, Exterior sheathing, Roof blocking, Door Frames, Interior metal stud framing, ln wall blocking, Drywall,Taping, Single Source firestopping, EIFS, F&I Insulated Metal Panels, lnterior & Exterior,Clean Room Panels,MRICopJ:,erParelirgLeadLinedDyvvall,smallareasof ACTand F& I Doors and hardware. The BMC Menino Project was an IPD contract where Sweeney worked hand and hand with Hospital, General Contractor, Architect, and other trade partners on a daily basis to ensure the hospitals needs in a cost-effective manner .
